Training and risk management

Legionella training is an essential component of all good legionella risk management programmes.

According to the Health & Safety Executive, inadequate management, lack of training and poor communication are the main reasons for outbreaks of Legionnaires’ disease.

For these reasons, you’ll need to appoint responsible people (and/or statutory duty holders) to manage your legionella compliance requirements. That’s where we come in.

Offering flexible training packages, customers can choose from bespoke on-site training or on-demand online learning. Trainees receive a formal certificate after completing the training.

Online training

Clients who manage multiple sites are often unable to have their employees attend a full day training course. Taking an online course means you can complete the training in your own time and at your own pace.

  • Infection and susceptibility
  • Systems which present risk and how to reduce risk

The “On site Legionella Awareness Training Course” is carried out over the course of a full working day for up to 15 candidates, Hydraclean Ltd will issue each candidate certification upon completion of the training course. The course is ideal for the allocated responsible persons and/or statutory duty holders.
