We have worked with many different CAFM systems to support our user base within BAM FM; I can confidently say the Hydraclean system is the most user friendly and effective product we’ve used. The interface is intuitive, and the accurate, real-time data is extremely easy to locate & report on. The alerting system means we have immediate notice of issues as-and-when they occur, meaning that remedial works can be scheduled and carried out straight away, maintaining the water safety standards for our clients. The system really is a pleasure to work with, and makes our life easier in supporting our BAM FM customers.

The rollout of Hydraclean’s mobile app to our onsite teams has meant we can do the water safety monitoring tasks internally, and remove these tasks from the PPM schedules that traditionally we have had to rely on Hydraclean engineers to carry out. This is a great time/cost saving for us, and we get the data straight away from the site visits, meaning we can get onto any remedial works which may be required quickly, and also have a complete end-to-end view of the monitoring schedule and completion results for KPIs and audits. A great success for us, and a win-win situation.
